Also known as "Ask Me Anything" threads, these are created for the purpose of celebrity interaction with said website's massive audience. To say that they have become popular would be an understatement, as they span all types of subject matter as well. However, in order for certain threads to be made even more popular, I believe that a social media agency can prove to be useful.
